Gearing up for Columbia

I'm busy getting ready for my next show, the Columbia Festival of the Arts! It's a free show and sale around the lakefront with live music, food, and activities for kids.

This will be three days:

Friday, June 12 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm, art show closes at 8:00, music continues until 11:00.
Saturday, June 13 Noon – 11:00 pm, art show closes at 8:00, music continues until 11:00.
Sunday, June 14 Noon – 7:00 pm

I've also ordered cards of my paintings from the fabulous moo.com. I am excited to see them! They will make their debut in thematic sets of 6 in Columbia. These are the sets I have put together:

Including Rainbow Lorikeet, Peacock, Swan Portrait, Macaw Pair, Lesser Flamingo, and Keel BIlled Toucan.

Including Zebra, Tiger, Elephant, Polar Bear, Giraffe, and Alligators.

Including Thorny Seahorse, Gull, Sand Tiger Shark, Red Lionfish, Northern Sea Nettle, and Pelican.

Including two copies each of Raven, Blue Crab, and Baltimore Oriole.

Art Outside 2015

Thanks to all who came out to see the art! It was a bit yucky weather-wise but I met some very lovely people!

Snowy Days

As a teacher, I am lucky to get the occasional snow day. When those days come, my favorite thing to do is work on new paintings!
